Philip Hertzler Principal and Creative Lead
Phil graduated Magna Cum Laude from Virginia Commonwealth University's Communication Arts and Design program. He established Top Dead Center Design in the fall of 2003 with the goal of providing smart design for content rich websites and online publications.
Roy Wilhelm Designer and Web Producer
Another graduate of VCU’s Communication Design program, Roy has worked as an art director and graphic designer for publications including the Richmond Times Dispatch and Virginia Living Magazine. Roy brings experience in publications, identity and information graphics to our interactive projects with a special emphasis on conceptualization, planning and typography, with a foundation in project management, web standards and usability.
