New Year, New Address

Suite C

My wife Meredith can testify to the fact that I have been stalking office space at 1906 N. Hamilton Street here in Richmond for nearly 2 years now. Even before "Top Dead Center Design" was anything more than just the name for my freelance operations. I love the building. One story, built in the '60s, courtyard with a fountain, lots of windows, close to downtown, but not in downtown...the list goes on. So when Cristina of Right Angle Consulting and Sara of 2D9 approached me about getting some shared office space, I jumped at the chance. And, I made it my mission to make sure this building was where we ended up.

I think all would agree that this has ended up being a great place to plant our businesses for the next year (at least). The landlords have been very accommodating — building out walls to make more useful space in what was previously just a big open room. Our neighbors have proven to be very helpful as well. Vance Joyner of Joyner Telephone next door hooked us up with a dirt cheap T1 connection and a land line to boot!

Look for some collaborative efforts in the coming weeks and months from all three of our businesses. First off, something we're calling "I'm with Stupid". We'll certainly make mention of them here, but bookmark SuiteC.net for even more info and probably a blog as well.
