Guess the Date: Web Form Relic
I've always been interested in history and I enjoy coming across things that indicate when they were produced. The web doesn't have a very long history, but it is of particular interest to me since my own history is so closely tied to it.
Anyway, as I'm working on updating a client's form, I came across this:
Anyone care to venture a guess on when the form this was pulled from was produced?

Well, you were all very close and Sharif was dead on. The author of the original form was kind enough to date his work in the comments…
